I kindly ask that all clients please give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. 50% of service cost will be charged if client notifies less than 24 hours of appointment and 100% of the service cost will be charged if client no shows. If client is more than 10 minutes late to appointment, 100% of service cost will be charged and you will be asked to reschedule.
