I ask that all clients give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. 50% of service cost will be charged if client notifies less than 24 hours of appointment and 100% of the service cost will be charged if client no shows or notifies day of appointment. If client is more than 15 minutes late to appointment, 100% of service cost will be charged and you will be asked to reschedule. Clients will not be able to reschedule if balances are not paid.
